In 2000, Mr. Velez established The Velez Law Firm to pursue trial litigation with a focus on labor and employment disputes. Since 2000, Mr. Velez has assisted workers in a variety of workplace disputes including: wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour disputes and more. Mr. Velez has extensive experience litigating cases, and has tried over 40 civil jury trials to verdict. Mr. Velez has tried several cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts.
