What if you are prevented from praying?

Your employer must make reasonable accommodations for your religious practices. If they have refused to allow you to pray at work completely, then this could be classified as religious discrimination.

Religious belief is a protected characteristic under both Federal and State law. If you are being treated unfairly at work, then it may benefit you to look further into your legal rights.
